Please find below the tools that constitute the “Officials RESPECT! Program.”  This program has been developed for the use of youth baseball and other sports, as well as for teams and umpire organizations.  It is intended to stem the exodus of officials and young athletes from sports participation.  We hope that you will enthusiastically embrace and utilize this Program, as we strive together to improve the experience of youth sport participation for everyone involved and to mitigate the detrimental effects of adult misconduct and misbehavior.  Please download and make sufficient copies to hand out two Pledge sheets (two-sided) to each meeting participant.  After group signing collect one signed copy for your records and leave one signed copy with each meeting participant.
