The BMS Project offers both generic and customized survey programs in a series that we refer to generically as the “Play Safe 2Day Survey”.  The survey permits coaches and organization heads to adjust policies and behaviors to create better, safer competitive experiences for athletes and their families.

Our “team” survey system is intended to provide coaches and/or organization heads feedback in order to provide a relative gauge of the team’s attitudes and general life satisfaction/emotional well-being status compared to their age and gender peers at a single point in time.  The surveys will be conducted mid and post season allowing any results of any mid season changes made within the team to be assessed for effectiveness. 

When “market research” is also conducted in conjunction with the team survey, the resulting market research data is provided back to the organization, but the aggregated survey gathered team data is only shared with the coaches and/or organization heads in order to maintain the personal privacy of families and the participating young competitors/officials.
