LICENSEE APPLICATION
BMS Holdings Group LLC licenses its programs to both for-profit and non-profit organizations that share the BMS Holdings Group’s mission. The BMS Project’s programs can be licensed at no-cost by simply completing the license request application utilizing the License Application link provided below.
The BMS Holdings Group programs are categorized by the type of licensee. After applying, the various BMS resources can be chosen and utilized on an authorized, licensed basis.The optional Quick Pulse Metrics survey programs are only available through separate, optional, for-fee offerings. All-weather vinyl “Help a Friend 2Day” stickers will be provided as part of the Quick Pulse Metrics survey program. A “Help a Friend 2Day” paper sticker template can be downloaded at no cost and printed on Avery #5160 labels available online or at a local office supply store. In order to participate in the Quick Pulse Metrics survey programs, registrants must first be licensed.
After you have completed and submitted the license application form you will receive an emailed notification confirming that your application has been received and that you will be contacted by a BMS Project representative regarding next steps.
