In June of 2025, an eight-court indoor pickleball facility with a full restaurant and bar, a coffee shop, and event space opened.  The courts will also serve as home base for the Kansas City Stingers, a pro team that plays in the National Pickleball League.

Hotel rooms and apartments will be available above the courts. The facility will house over 380 hotel rooms spread across 15 floors.  Eventually 275 of the hotel rooms will be converted into mixed-income apartments. The remaining rooms will be utilized as hotel space for hotel space to accommodate pickleball tournament guests.
