NANCY HUBACHER

ABOUT:  Since 2000, Nancy served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Washington Redskins (now Washington Commanders), transitioning to Vice President Corporate Partnership in 2019. Prior to her retirement from the Commanders in Dec. 2022 (after 23 seasons) to pursue a full-time career in Real Estate Development as a founding partner of Urban Cottage Design and Licensed agent since 2015, she earned recognition as the top revenue generator and held primary account responsibility for the Team’s marquis partnerships (including Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, NBC, Gatorade and Microsoft, to name a few) with additional responsibilities, including working the Sponsorship Team to ensure optimization of partnership investment, encouraging networking across the enterprise, enhancing overall partner experience and most importantly ensuring retention. Additionally, Nancy partnered with female colleagues at the Commanders to launch the first women’s ERG (Women’s Initiative Network WIN) in 2020 and served on it’s leadership board until her retirement from the Team.

Prior to joining the Team, Nancy held several positions with AMC Theaters’ wholly owned subsidiary, National Cinema Network (now National CineMedia), her last role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Corporate Relations. Nancy started her career at ABC-O&O WRQX-FM in Washington, DC. 

A decades long resident of Fairfax Station, Virginia, Nancy earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Maryland and is a proud mom of two; Brandon (29) and Bailey (25) and malti-poo Bella.
