Program complete and submit a Usage License Application request.  NOTE: Completing and submitting the license application does not commit applicants whatsoever.  The information submitted on the application is only used to populate the BMS Project’s contact database.  If on the application an applicant indicates interest in utilizing the BMS RESPECT! Program by checking the associated RESPECT! Program box, then access to the RESPECT! Program’s resources will be provided to the applicant upon completion and submission of the licensing request.
