The Help a Friend 2Day Sticker Program is intended to assist a friend who is in crisis considering self-harm and/or seeking other assistance in sourcing mental health resources; as well as providing suggestions how to respond to other types of safety and well-being risks and threats.  The Help a Friend 2Day Sticker Program supports when assisting others in need.  The stickers provide a QR Code that links to helpful assistance resources.  The premise is that as a friend you assist — including taking first steps — to accompany and assist the person in need to seek relief.
